Social Impact

In the light of our company's influence and sensitivity to society, we give significant importance to producing and implementing projects that will benefit the society. #Wearetogether # Togetherwithyou as our employer brand motto also includes all members of the society that we can support.

Esas Social is a foundation which combines the responsible citizenship asset of Esas Holding with the vision of investing in the society of the late Şevket Sabancı and his family. Esas Social, which strives and aims to produce common solutions for social problems; and it works in the field of youth and employment with its three-pronged strategy covering research, joint studies and programmes. We, as Esas Gayrimenkul, support the activities of Esas Sosyal.

The social responsibility incentive and initiative of Esas Social, First Chance, supports the younger job seekers who have just graduated from university to work full-time for 12 months in Turkey's leading non-governmental organizations, and also provides trainings to develop 21st century skills. Esas Social bears all the training costs of the participants, as part of the program, while the salaries of the participants are paid and covered by corporate supporters who share the vision of the First Chance Program.

The students studying at state universities are provided and offered the opportunity to study in English with the My English Opportunity program, which is another social responsibility initiative of Esas Social.
