Mustafa Tercan leads the finance and information systems teams as ESAS Group CFO.
Tercan began his career at Deloitte. He subsequently became a partner at RSM Bentley Jennison, where he worked on international projects involving mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, and initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability. He also provided financial advisory services to numerous local and international companies and organizations. In 2010, he joined Yıldız Holding, the owner of brands such as Godiva, McVities, and Ülker. After serving as General Manager and Vice President of Finance, he spent his final five years as Global CFO of Yıldız Holding, leading the finance teams of all its global companies.
Mustafa Tercan graduated from the Department of Economics at Ankara University in 1996 and holds the title of Certified Public Accountant (SMMM).
