We are in direct contact with SKD Türkiye in our sustainability efforts and actively benefit from their expertise and guidance. Thanks to this collaboration, we are establishing our sustainability journey on a stronger foundation and expanding our sphere of influence.
As Esas Gayrimenkul, we are active members of AYD (Association of Shopping Centers and Investors), one of the most important sectoral NGOs shaping the development of the shopping center industry. We contribute to the transformation and sustainable growth processes in the sector, and play an active role in efforts to improve the investment environment and raise standards. Furthermore, our CEO, Cem Eriç, serves as the Vice Chairman of the AYD Board of Directors, contributing to the development of sectoral strategies and the dissemination of the sustainability vision.

With this understanding, we are a member of the YANINDAYIZ Association, which focuses on the transformation of men and works towards an egalitarian society. As a member, we actively participate in the association's events and conduct our internal awareness campaigns in collaboration with them. Esas Social, established in 2015 as the social investment unit of Esas Holding, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Aiming to support young people in realizing their potential, Esas Social focuses on providing equal opportunities to young people across Turkey through programs it has developed in the fields of education, employment, and social entrepreneurship.
