As Esas Properties, we are expanding our solar energy system (GES) investments in 2025 to increase our use of renewable energy, and improve our electronic waste collection processes through continuous improvement and expansion strategies. In the coming period, we aim to develop new GES projects in our area to increase our renewable energy investments, expand electronic waste collection areas in our malls, increase awareness and education efforts for mall visitors, digitize our recycling processes to improve process transparency and integrate them with green energy usage models, and expand our area by including more stakeholders in these processes. Through this approach, we are implementing our vision of transforming malls from mere commercial centers into centers for environmental and social transformation.

We are moving forward with a two-phase strategy to achieve our net zero emission target for AVMs in our Asset Management portfolio. In the first phase, we aim to eliminate emissions caused by our direct activities, including electricity consumption, by 2030. For this, we are implementing measures to reduce consumption, invest in renewable energy, and use carbon offset solutions. In the second phase, we are conducting activities to cover emissions caused by the energy consumption of our tenants and visitors, including indirect stakeholders; we continue to conduct measurement, education, and awareness activities by including our solution partners in this process. This comprehensive approach allows us to reduce environmental impacts while continuing to lead the sustainable transformation.
