Graduating from the Department of Economics (English Program) at Istanbul University, Mustafa Cem Eriç began his professional career in the Corporate Finance Department of Pamukbank and, during the same period, completed his master’s degree in International Banking and Finance at Marmara University.
He subsequently held senior executive positions at Motif Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., İmteks Giyim, and Unitim Marka Mağazacılık. Later, as Retail Executive Board President of Unitim Holding, he managed all manufacturing and retail operations across Türkiye, Russia, the CIS countries, and Romania.
Between 2010 and 2017, he served as General Manager of Kanyon, a joint venture between Eczacıbaşı Holding and İş GYO, where he led the development and management activities of the real estate portfolio.
In October 2017, he joined the Doğan Group and initially served as General Manager of D&R. In 2019, he continued his career within the group as Executive Board Member of Doğan Holding’s Real Estate and Tourism Companies.
Mustafa Cem Eriç joined Esas Group in June 2019 as an Independent Board Member of Esas Gayrimenkul Türkiye and has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Esas Gayrimenkul since January 2020.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, he continues to serve as Vice Chairman of the Shopping Centers and Investors Association (AYD) and Chairman of its Sustainability Committee. He also contributes to civil society initiatives promoting gender equality as a Board Member of the Yanındayız Association.
