Erdinç Güzel graduated from the Department of Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and, following his undergraduate studies, attended the Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School.
He began his professional career in 1997 in the Audit Department of Deloitte. Between 2002 and 2003, he served as Budget and Finance Manager at Çalık Holding – GAP Güneydoğu. From 2003 to 2012, he held a number of senior roles within Fiba Retail Group, which operated brands such as Marks & Spencer, GAP, Banana Republic, and Aeropostale across Türkiye, Russia, and Ukraine. During this period, he served respectively as Finance Group Director of Marks & Spencer, Deputy General Manager of Marks & Spencer, and Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Fiba Retail Group.
In addition, he served as Global Retail CFO and Executive Board Member at Koton Mağazacılık Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. between 2012 and 2017, CFO and Executive Board Member at D&R, part of the Doğan Group, between 2017 and 2019, and CFO and Executive Board Member at Unifree Duty Free between 2019 and 2023.
Joining Esas Gayrimenkul in September 2023, Erdinç Güzel currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he leads the development and execution of the company’s financial strategies, overseeing financial control, budgeting, risk management, cash flow, capital structure optimization, and transformation projects. He also contributes to the company’s sustainable growth through financial reporting, investment analysis, profitability enhancement strategies, and the effective use of capital market instruments as part of its IPO journey.
