A graduate of Industrial Engineering, Murat Özkan has taken on senior responsibilities in both business operations and information technology over his 20-plus-year career. Combining his hands-on experience in production planning, supply chain, corporate project management, and ERP consultancy with IT leadership and digital transformation strategy in recent years, he manages business processes and technology with a holistic perspective. In the early part of his career, he held positions including production planning management, group planning manager in multi-facility organizations, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 ERP project manager, and head of the Project Management Office (PMO), taking responsibility for more than 40 full-cycle ERP and digital transformation projects on both a national and international scale. He joined Esas Gayrimenkul in 2021 as ERP Program Manager, and after serving successively as IT Manager and Assistant Director, he has managed the company's technology strategy, digital product portfolio, and IT operations as Information Technology Director since January 2024. An expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), SAP, AX, and Navision systems, he works on SaaS product strategy for the commercial real estate and shopping mall sector, business intelligence (Power BI), network and cybersecurity, and has recently been leading AI-based enterprise solutions.
