He graduated from Galatasaray High School and earned his bachelor's degree from Istanbul University's English Economics Department. He has 26 years of experience in finance, treasury management, debt and capital markets, and financial risk management. He began his career in Yapı Kredi Bank's Corporate Banking Department, later taking on senior treasury management roles at Coca-Cola İçecek and Menarini İlaç. With extensive experience in international borrowing transactions, large-scale financing projects, refinancing processes, and financial risk management, Çapanoğlu has served as Treasury Director at Esas Gayrimenkul since February 2025, where he is responsible for shaping the company's financing strategy, strengthening its relationships with capital markets, effectively managing financial risks, and supporting its sustainable growth objectives.
