İbrahim Karadağ has held management positions across various sectors throughout his career, with expertise spanning finance, accounting, tax, audit, and corporate transformation. He began his career at Madeira İplik and subsequently continued at GİMA, Fiba Retail, and Koton. He later served as CFO at companies operating in the technology and services sectors. In addition to finance, his CFO responsibilities have included the management of various corporate functions such as information technology, human resources, logistics, and foreign trade.
Holding a Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) license as well as an Independent Auditor License issued by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK) and Capital Markets Board (SPK), Karadağ combines his expertise in tax engineering, management accounting, TMS/IFRS/VUK compliance, audit, and internal control with his digital transformation capabilities. He leads transformation projects that integrate SQL, Power BI, OLAP, API integrations, data modeling, ERP, and automation technologies into financial processes. Within the organization’s competency framework, his core areas of expertise include strategic financial leadership, digital capabilities, audit and control, as well as tax and advanced accounting.
Since February 2025, Karadağ has been serving as Director of Financial Transformation Projects at Esas Gayrimenkul, where he leads transformation projects in financial integration, the development of data and reporting infrastructures, digitalization, automation, and decision-support systems. He is also involved in initiatives aimed at continuously monitoring financial records and transactions, detecting errors and anomalies, automatically reporting control results, and strengthening control capabilities across financial processes through RPA applications and AI-powered solutions. In this context, he works on digital control and reporting structures designed to enable real-time control of financial transactions and management-level reporting of the results.
