Mutlu Sartık is an industry professional with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and shopping mall (AVM) leasing. Throughout his career, he has progressed from tenant relations manager to senior director at Turkey's leading retail and real estate organizations, taking on responsibilities at both the operational and strategic decision-making levels. A graduate of Ege University with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Sartık has spent his entire career based in Istanbul. He currently serves as Senior Leasing Director at ESAS Gayrimenkul / Properties, where he manages the leasing strategies for the company's shopping mall and commercial real estate portfolio. Reflecting his focus on professional networking and development, he has been a member of GISP (Strategy Platform for Real Estate) since 2022, as well as a member of the Turkish University Women's Association.

Mutlu Sartık's professional career began in 2005 as Tenant Relations Manager at Sayman Consultancy. After approximately three years in this role, he moved to Cefic Turkey in 2008 as Leasing Manager, where he deepened his experience in shopping malls and commercial real estate. In 2011, he joined CarrefourSA, first working as Shopping Malls Manager for more than five years, then taking on the role of Shopping Malls and Investment Manager, shifting his focus toward investment decisions and portfolio management. Sartık has been with ESAS Gayrimenkul / Properties since 2018, progressing steadily through the ranks during this period. He worked first as Leasing Manager, then as Leasing Director, and was promoted to Senior Leasing Director in 2024. In his current role, he continues to manage the leasing strategies for the company's shopping mall and commercial real estate portfolio. His areas of expertise have been shaped by this experience throughout his career. Shopping mall leasing management, commercial real estate strategy and portfolio management, retail leasing and tenant relations, and real estate investment evaluation form his main areas of work. In terms of education, Sartık holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Ege University, and speaks English in addition to his native Turkish.
