Esas Aeropark

The semi-open pedestrian axis between the blocks — lined with shops, cafes, and social gathering spaces — creates a vibrant living space that serves not only building users but also nearby residents. The site plan, which makes the most of the natural elevation difference, benefits from maximum daylight through its north-south orientation, offering a sustainable building approach that supports energy efficiency through passive climate control principles.

The residential units within the project are designed specifically for the long-term accommodation needs of professionals working in the aviation sector, as well as for short-term visitors. Bringing together work, living, and social spaces with a holistic approach, Aeropark continues to generate value as one of the standout mixed-use projects in Esas Gayrimenkul's portfolio through its architectural design, strategic location, and multi-functional area.
