ESAS AEROPARK

Aeropark is a mixed-use project located in Kurtköy, one of Istanbul's key transportation and business hubs, close to Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, bringing together office, residential, and commercial functions. Opened in 2013, Aeropark has approximately 33,300 m² of leasable area and consists of two blocks: Block A with 12 floors and Block B with 10 floors. With a total of 14 office floors, 7 commercial units, and parking capacity for 452 vehicles, it offers users a high-standard working and living environment. In addition to hosting the headquarters of Pegasus Airlines, the project is also home to offices belonging to Esas Holding companies.

The semi-open pedestrian axis between the blocks — lined with shops, cafes, and social gathering spaces — creates a vibrant living space that serves not only building users but also nearby residents.
