MILLI REASURANS KOMPLEKSI

Milli Reasürans Complex is a mixed-use project located in Nişantaşı, one of Istanbul's most prestigious locations, between Maçka Avenue and Abdi İpekçi Avenue, and is recognized as one of the landmark structures of modern Turkish architecture. Designed by architects Sevinç Hadi and Şandor Hadi, the project brings together office, retail, and culture and art functions, adding value to the social and commercial life of its surrounding district.

Completed in 1993, Milli Reasürans Complex has approximately 20,000 m² of leasable area and offers a multi-purpose structure across 11 floors, comprising 36 office spaces, 25 stores, a 250-person conference hall, and the Milli Reasürans Art Gallery. With a parking capacity of 150 vehicles, the project stands out as a distinguished city complex bringing together business, retail, and cultural and artistic activities under one roof.
