Point Bornova Shopping Center is located in the central Bornova district of Izmir. Situated at the intersection of the city's intercity bus terminal and the ring road, the mall enjoys a highly advantageous location in terms of transportation. Additionally, it is in close proximity to important educational institutions such as Yaşar University and Ege University.

Point Bornova stands out as Izmir’s first mixed-use project. The design features shopping streets with river, nature, and sea themes, as well as a special retractable roof system. With a total construction area of 300,000 m², the mall offers 55,000 m² of leasable space. Opening on November 27, 2015, Point Bornova Shopping Center provides the people of Izmir with a modern shopping and living space."

As İzmir’s first mixed-use development project, Point Bornova offers a modern and functional structure with shopping streets designed with architecture inspired by river, nature, and sea themes, as well as a special retractable roof system. With a total construction area of 300,000 m² and 39,0785 m² of leasable area, the mall has a large capacity and has been providing the people of İzmir with a high-quality shopping and lifestyle experience since November 27, 2015.

Point Bornova offers visitors a comprehensive experience with its rich mix of stores, selected restaurants, cafés, multiplex cinema, and social spaces. Open seven days a week without interruption, the center also hosts events that contribute to the social and cultural life of the region. In line with its environmentally friendly design approach and sustainability principles, it aims to create a respectful and sustainable living environment in harmony with nature.
