In line with its sustainability approach, 100% of Esas Plaza's common area electricity needs are met through renewable energy sources, thanks to Esas Gayrimenkul's investment in 6 solar power plants (SPPs) developed under the ESCO model. This practice contributes to reducing the project's carbon footprint while supporting its energy efficiency goals.
