FAMILY MALL DUHOK, IRAK

Family Mall Duhok is a premier commercial and entertainment complex in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Strategically situated along the Duhok-Zakho highway, the facility spans a total area of over 145,000 square meters. Its striking architectural design features a semi-circular layout anchored by a central dome, comprising three main floors and two underground parking levels built to accommodate up to 2,000 vehicles.

The complex functions as a comprehensive lifestyle hub, offering 114 retail stores and international brands alongside a large Carrefour hypermarket within its 102,000-square-meter built-up area. Beyond retail, the mall integrates heavily with leisure activities, directly flanking the Family Fun outdoor amusement park. Inside, the facility houses an extensive entertainment center equipped with an eight-screen cinema, a bowling alley, video arcades, and an ice-skating rink, all complemented by a wide array of cafes and restaurants that offer panoramic views of the city.
