Pendorya Shopping Mall, which opened its doors to visitors on December 17, 2009, started to serve as the first investment of TSKB Real Estate Investment Trust, a subsidiary of Turkey's first privately-owned investment bank, Turkey Industrial Development and Investment Bank. Pendorya AVM is located in Pendik, a rapidly developing area with investments such as new residential areas, marina, university, technopark, and fairground, 1.5 km away from the coast and 8 km from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Additionally, with its central location on the E-5 highway, Pendorya is not only easily accessible for Pendik residents and locals but also for everyone as a shopping mall.

Pendorya also stands out with its entertainment options in addition to shopping. Featuring an 8-screen Paribu Cineverse cinema complex, which is the first cinema complex on the Maltepe–İzmit route, it offers visitors a wide cinematic experience, while various social areas within the mall provide different activity opportunities for families and young people.
